COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is the last creation of the Mont Blanc brewery. It is brewed with our pure water from our exclusive water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc, and from three differents malts : wheat, barley and oat. We wanted a beer that associates a full body malty taste but still a refreshing kick to it. We used a combination of top fermentation and delicate spices like Hibiscus to give it its ruby color and full taste with a hint of fruity notes. The result is a very complex yet very balanced amber beer that will blow you away! Formerly 7.2%

330 ml bottle bought at CitySuper in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Looks: Clear amber brownTwo finger head with crumpety off white foam which lasts for 3 minutes; Beautiful sticky lacing with very fizzy carbonation.

Aroma: Very fragrant and sweet rich Ale malt, with strong caramel, sticky toffee, metallic, strong red fruits, plums, cream, hot chocolate, very light perfume, floral, strong molasses, light spices, thick bread and thin lemon.

Taste: Medium sweet Ale malt, with red fruits, light cream, light caramel, floral, fair molasses, very light spices, bread, light lemon and light bitter grassy hops.

Body: Mid to full body. Very slick and creamy palate.

Mouth Feel: Good Ale maltyness in a oat-induced gooey and quite creamy background. Fairly Amberish with light caramel and notable red fruits. Quite flowery and light spicy with moderate sweetness. Bready with light lemon to round. Clean and easy!

Hoppiness: Light perfume, floral, light spices and light lemon in nose. Floral, thin spices, light lemon and light grassy in taste; Bitterness is light for an abrupt, low astringent fair Amber malty finish.

After Taste: Fairly dry. Creamy and light bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one’s aroma is rich and mesmerizing with all the red fruityness and a dash of perfume and chocolates. Taste-wise is rather light and straight forward Amber, but it’s easygoing and oat-creamy all the way. With a tuned-up in taste it will go far. A very decent one for now!

Kolor ciemno bursztynowy, miedziany z pianą w kolorze ecru tworzy spójną całość. Piana wysoka i tość trwała, drobno ziarnista Po otwarciu butelki w powietrzu zaczyna unosić się sympatyczna słodycz, dalej słodowość, delikatne nuty karmelowe i chmielowe, trawiaste.

In fact not bad at all. Sweet, warm, round. A little strange but definitely drinkable.
