En stor sødme og kraftig i smagen. Det er ikke det store man kan smage varmen fra alkoholen

MotherBrother (945) - Aalborg, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2015
Pour a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma of bread, slight hay, slight sour berries, slight nuts. Taste is slightly acidic with faint sweetness. Some bitterness in here as well. Medium bodied, with a rather flat carbonation. Drinkability isn’t high on this one, but nt the worst "strong lager" ever.

Serapac (565) - CZECH REPUBLIC - JUL 11, 2015
Bottle, Torre Vado. Pale yellow, medium white head. Malty aroma, bitter-seeet taste, notes of caramel. Medium body. Ok, but unremarkable.

Aroma discreto, coloração clara e gosto leve que disfarça o teor alcoólico de 7,7%....

Golden pale clear with white foam head. Grainy aroma, taste is also grainy, strong lager flavour with a crisp finish. Good and enjoyable rendition of the style even though it doesn’t break any boundaries.

blankboy (7884) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 2, 2015
[Bottle (330ml)] As ’Ceres Strong Ale’. Pours a clear gold with an average size lasting frothy white head. Aroma is a bit skunky along with corn, grain, caramel malt, honey and alcohol. Flavour starts a bit boozy followed by grain, corn, caramel malt, honey, more alcohol and an average bitter finish. Average bodied. Drinkable only.

50 cl [email protected] in high tulip [email protected] degrees C. Pours clear golden with sufficient white head and retention. Low carbonation. Minimal aroma of sweet malt and hay. Taste dominated by sweetness, bitterness and booze. Not very nice, but so traditional strong Danish beer that it reminds me of the 70ies! Only the strong bitterness in the aftertaste has any interest tastewise, but if you just want to get drunk fast, I suppose this could be the ticket! Personally, I do not need to taste it again...

KeefOz (1953) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - MAY 7, 2015
Tasted 15/4/15 at Er Posu Cafe, Corniglia, Italy. Poured a crystal clear mid-amber colour with a few bubbles as a collar that didn’t lace. Carbonation extremely low and fine. Aroma strongly of malt with alcohol well hidden; no obvious hops. Taste strongly malt, alcohol well hidden, no real bitterness. Light body. Smooth, no real bitterness. Another macro-brewery lager. OK.

Appearance: pours clear amber with ok white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste notes barley, cereal, caramel, toffee and floral hints. palette: light aroma, medium carbonation, medium body, notable caramel sweetness, low to average bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: average strong lager
