Bottle. Had in Italy under the label Ceres Strong Ale. Strong corn/metallic nose. Surprising lacing that stuck on the glass like glue. There is some alcohol burn to this, but not as much as you’d expect for an ABV this high. A hearty quaff that sticks to your ribs.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2017 On can as "Ceres Dansk Dortmunder" @Super_Brugsen (Thyregod) Pours dark golden with thick white head. Quite bitter taste, but an abrupt finish, a bit boring

Bottle. Pours a pale gold body with a minimal ring of white head. The nose is pretty awful. It smells a bit like corn syrup with a bit of garbage juice mixed in. Zero hops in here, with a weird chemical line finish. Medium bodied and sticky with soft fizzy carbonation. Not a winner here.

Bottiglia.

0.66l bottle from ortalli in porlezza. pours a clear pale golden with a small white head and some lacing. aroma of grains, honey, vomit. flavour of malts, alcohol. bittersweet finish. alcohol is somewhat hidden. (barely) drinkable, there are definitely worse strong lagers.

The aroma of malt and alcohol. Rich, malty, watery and a bit of alcohol taste. Slightly bitter occupying the upper part of the mouth a weak moment. Difficult to drink this beer which is not so good. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

This is a clear, amber beer. Aroma has malts and whatnot. Flavor is sweet, caramel malty. Alcohol pushing through.
