Marko (6285) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 19, 2006
Bottle (10/12), courtesy of Papsoe (thanks!), shared with ozujsko.
Looked a bit old, but it’s probably from the 05/06 winter. Says it’s brewed by Albani, Ceres and Faxe. Interesting. It poured a medium sized white head sitting on a nice, amber body (they coloured the beer with caramel). Lively carbonation. The nose is odd and a bit repugnant (not too much); wine turning to vinegar, malt and honey can be felt... The taste is quite light, honey can be felt (not french style..), but that’s probably the glucose syrup, there are some lemony hops, and cardboardis present. It’s cute (I seem to be using this word far too much these days :)), not terrible, but far from impressive.

Stefano (2047) - Thisted, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2006
Golden colour with a okay head. Malty aroma. Sweet main taste, corn-like & caramel with a fleeting raw metallic-bitter impression. Turns dull-sweet in the finish.

Bottle. Pours clear brown/copper with a white head. Sweetish, malty and slightly grainy aroma. Remote notes of apple as well. Flavour is sweetish and malty with metallic and plastic notes. No thanks. 10-02-06.

bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2006

rauchbier (3949) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 12, 2006
Bottle, courtesy of the Danes @ ZBF 2005. Gold, thin white head and gentle condition. Soft maltiness in the nose, slightly more assertive in the mouth but still mainly sweet malt, tails off again in the finish.

MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 5, 2006
Bottle. Maize aroma. Dark golden colour. Looks flat. Flavour is uninteresting and sweet.

CiroFerrara (85) - USA - DEC 29, 2005
Disappointment, it would never be able to reach the quality of the blue version, because this tastes like a candy shop mixed up with pilsener.

2.5
HenrikSoegaard (14704) - Randers, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2005
Bottle. Creamy white moslty lasting head. Yellow colour. Bready aroma, but nice flavor. A little sweet. Good carbonated. A deasent pilsener. One of the oldest danish christmas beers originally brewed by Thor, Randers
