I don’t recall when I rated this, but I found it on the back of a Rubicon coaster. Says it was 7.9% when I had it. Regardless, the aroma has a nice floral, light orangey citrus hop kick with decent malt sweetness. Nicely aromatic. Transparent copper-golden body with a small, off-white head present. Good lacing. Starts with some piney and spicy hop flavors, before this becomes a bit sweet, chewy, and malty in the middle. Finishes with mild spice and herbal hop bitterness. Light ethanol presence. Decent, and easy-drinking. slowrunner77 (12133) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 11, 2014
"Having a hard time believing this had Cascade and only Cascade hops. Had that weird soapy character that I thought might be sorachi ace. Anywho, a nice floral citrusy and herbal flavor and aroma. Nothing that says 25th av, perhaps, but a solid iPa."

Bomber Bottle. Pours cloudy orange, fizzy noise, white laced head. Aroma is a bit of grass and sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt that fades to a slight bitter. Not bad, nothing special. deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - NOV 1, 2013
A- pours a golden amber with a finger of solid white head with great lacing. S- malts, squash/pumpkin, resin, coriander, honey and floral notes. Some odd wet woodiness mixed in for good measure. M- sticky and syrupy light to medium body with a sweet and bitter medium palate. T- bitter grapefruit, pine resin and malt start it off. Floral notes, soap and grasses in the middle. Ending is long with more grapefruit and grasses. Some earthiness and honey in the end. Relatively straight forward but pleasant. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Slightly cloudy amber with a off white head that lasts. Light smells of warm hops. Taste earthy resiny hops that mellow with the end of the sip.

Appearance: Pours clear copper with a quickly dissapated white head. Leaves tons of lacing.oRos (1675) - sacramento, California, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Aroma: Grassy citrusy hops grahm cracker-like malt.
Taste: Earthy bitterness. A touch fruity. Very dry pale malt. Lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Very drying medium bodied. Average carbonation.
Overall: I could agree more with Rubicon’s assessment of simple yet deliciously complex. Very tasty, very drinkable, and it doesn’t resemble your typical West Coast IPA at all. I couldn’t tell this guy was over 7% either.

Bottle. Pours orange gold with white head. Nose and taste of earth, dirty orange peel, caramel malt, florals, honey and birch sap. Some spicy malt. Some orange soda. Medium body. Finishes bitter orange peel. Bartzilla (622) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 25, 2013
I figured the Anniversary beer would be something special. Not so much. But not bad either. Seems a little sweet right off the bat then finished somewhat watery. On that note, it’s easy drinking. Not a huge cloud burst of hops. The smell is pretty much IPA standard. Worth trying, though probably won’t repeat.
