12oz bottle. The pour was a hazy medium orange with a small (less than 1 finger) white fizzy head that diminished quickly, down to a few scattered puddles with a small collar and had fair streaky lacing.
The aroma was very mild of a light sweet grain malt and a doughy musty yeast with notes of citrus (orange), green apple, peach, banana, and a hint of clove.
The taste was moderately sweet and slightly grainy with a bold fruitiness from the start, progressing with lightly tart yeast presence, a touch of banana and a mildly spicy ending. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow, with the slightly tart spicy yeast taste left to linger on the taste buds for a short while longer.
Mouthfeel was a step above light in body with a thin dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall this was a brew that was lightly sweet with a nice yeast presence along with a bit of spicy fruitiness, which did a fantastic job of hiding the high ABV and allowing for a good smooth drinkability... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
Visual: (cellared for 4 years) Pours pale medium brown without a significant head, fine ringed retention, clusters of steady micro streams.suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Nose: prune, candi sugared barley malt. (lvl-6)-pungency
Attack: incoming heavy, soft crisp
Mid-palate: thicker viscosity, alcohol heaviness, prune, orange citrus, slight sour woody malted barley
Finish: residual sugars, nutmeg/other spice
Summary: Mildly interesting because of the spices in the mids and finish, but otherwise too heavy and coarse for my liking.
Golden colored pour. Small white head. Plenty of lacing. Smell is big lemonade aroma. Some yeast. Taste is a tart sweet malt and spice. jimhilt (2609) - Bow, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 26, 2014
Pours a one-finger cream head that fades quickly to a thin layer leaving traces lace. Hazy amber color, ton of yeast left in bottle. Medium-strong carbonation and medium bodied. Spicy caramel nose and flavor is similar. Higher ABV is hidden. $3.65 for a 12oz bottle from Bert’s Better Beers Hooksett NH. Masterkush7 (580) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 12, 2014
Yellow pour with a thin white head that disappears completely. Aroma of Belgium yeast and caramel corn. Tastes are banana clove sweet heart candy herbal. Interesting brew but not my favorite. MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 10, 2014
Aroma of sweetness, cloves, cinnamon, spices, bananas. Pours a cloudy orange, I got almost 0 head out of mine even though it has a medium level of carbonation. Taste of fruits, spices, with a mildly noticeable alcohol heat after.

A - Pours slightly cloudy with a dark straw, almost orange, hue and and a quickly dissipating head
S - Fruity on the nose, mainly tropical, with mango and pineapple being the most prominent aromas along with the notes of the esters from the Belgium yeast. The spiciness that I am use to with this style was not apparent over the fruitiness of the nose.
T- The dominate tropical notes continue into the flavor of the beer with the addition of pear as well as some spicy undertones of white pepper and possibly a touch of clove. A present tartness typical of the style rounds out the finish.
M - Medium body with a lack of carbonation ends up providing an underwhelming mouthfeel for this style.
O - Overall the body and carbonation falls flat while the tropical flavor overwhelms any delightful spiciness and limits the depth of flavors I expected with this style. BrewBoxer (2632) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 14, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy bright tan color with a head that fades and remains on the edges. Taste is banana, cloves and gum. Boozy sipper

Great tripel, with all the right meatiness and funkiness, although mostly spot-on in flavor and on the palate. A truly solid tripel, well worth drinking! AirForceHops (7139) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 4, 2013
12 oz. bottle purchased at Hampton Falls Village Market. Darker than most tripels, a nearly see through amber with conditioned yeast particles floating around. Nose is a very light fruity yeast. Flavor is hints of mild malt, fruity banana and some spice in the finish. Texture and body is watery. Really thin in flavor and body. So many other brews in this style to choose from… I’ll pass on this one.
