Cask. Poured amber with a bit of an orange hue and a ivory head. Aroma had grain from the malts and floral notes from the hops. Flavor was a bit more malt based with both caramel and sweet grains coming through with an undertone of the floral hops.

Cask @ Charlies Bar, Cph.
Pours deep orange amber with a very small, bubbly, off-white film head. Aroma has light fruitiness, super caramel and butterscotch. Low carbonation, lightly prickly and a oily feel to it. Flavour is surprisingly powerful. Some liqourice, oak, toffee, caramel, pine. A long, lingering bitterness in the finish. Actually quite nice.

Rune (11505) - Troms, NORWAY - DEC 14, 2008
Half pint, fresh and kicking cask, hand pulled at Aikmans Cellar Bar in St Andrews. Deep, dark amber body under a small skinny strip of foam. Malt-fruity smell. Hints of caramel malts that works pretty well together with an underlying throughout going bitterness. Dry and easy to drink [04.11.2008].
