Pours clear Amber into an English pint. Sickly head with good retention. Caramel aromas. Soft with dark caramel and mild raisin upfront turning to dry earth in the medium length finish. Highly sessionable.

Cask @ Ginger Man. Cloudy dark amber with creamy off-white head, faint malt aroma, low carbonation, lightly sour caramel malt taste, somewhat thick smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Well rounded and tasty bitter.

Towey1989 (3031) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2016
Cask at The Cobblers, Leek. A clear amber colour with a medium off white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, nuts, some brown sugar and slight spicy, earthy hops. Taste of caramel, toffee, nuts, subtle blackberry and some spicy, earthy hops. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A sweetish, caramel, spicy hop bitterness in the finish. A simple malty beer but with a good hoppy finish. Very well balanced for a premium bitter. Good.

Kebabman (13) - Devon, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2016
An old school darkish amber brown colour with a frothy head. Faint caramel aroma and taste with a hint of Bramling Cross character. Unfortunately not a patch on the 5% brew from decades ago but my tastes have changed too.

Tried at a hungry house. Deep Amber colour with a cream head. Aroma fruity, light spicy. Taste overly sweet, with a slight bitter finish.

Draught @ Amager ølhus w friends/van Lith. Appearance: pours clear amber with limited white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste notes: hints of caramel, bread, toffee, berries and some floral notes. palette: soft to medium aroma, low carbonation, medium body, average to notable barley sweetness, low to average bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: Decent ale with nice malt and floral hop balance.

niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 18, 2015
On cask at Stafford Arms, Bagnall. Pours chestnut with off white head. Starts off as a nice creamy bitter. Falls flat on it’s arse though, like a chemically induced smoothflow.

KyotoLefty (10523) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 9, 2014
Cask in Oxford. Amber / copper color. Light and thinnish body. Light malt, but with nice caramel flavor and decent hops. Not really exciting, but decent enough.
