An English Ale with a distinctive flavour of dark toffee and caramel combined with a crisp bitterness derived from using rare Bramling Cross hops. Tropical and berry fruits from the mix of hops, in particular the rare Bramling Cross which adds black and redcurrants. Challenger in the boiling copper gives robust bitterness and this is balanced by the sweetness from the pale and crystal malts.

0.5 l can @ Mijas, purchased in a random Carrefour. Pours deep orange with thin, ehite head. Nose is toffee and caramel. Taste is the same, with hints of alcohol and slight metallic notes. Short bittersweet finish, light body, soft carbonation. Lacks the biscuits-y notes, otherwise not bad.

Acaro (370) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUL 19, 2017
Aroma: Subtle cereals. Appearance: Dark ambar color with clear liquid and frothy white head. Taste: Medium bitterness. Palate: Light body with thin texture and soft carbonation.Bitter toasted caramel finish. Overall: Weak features in general but it leaves a good strong bitter memory.
