Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty earthy hoppy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy finish.

Some hop forward flavor, light body, and a weak finish. Not a balanced beer, and the hop flavor is single dimensional lacking complexity, My bottle had some funky flavors, too.

Very cool packaging (bottle is wrapped in burlap held in place by bent wire). Too bad the beer doesn’t really live up to it. Pours a golden copper-yellow with good-sized, quickly-dissipating head. Aroma is grassy and the flavor is,too. In fact, the flavor almost tastes like the burlap was accidentally dropped into the fermenter. None of the big hop bouquet or citrus flavors you might expect. A disappointment.

1/10/2014. 22 oz. bottle wrapped in burlap. Hazy light amber color with a short white head. Malty and fruity aromas with citrus. Light caramel flavors with hops mid palate. The carbonation is a bit high.

It poured a straw color with a small white head. The aroma was of tons of citrus. The taste was similar with ripe oranges, orange zest and some pine bitterness. Very unique.

Bottle from Nugget Market, Woodland. Pours light amber with a large off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a very nice hop profile that is not overly bitter. Refreshing and tasty.

bhensonb (15500) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 14, 2013
Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours golden amber with a creamy white head. Aroma is dusty, then fruity. Or maybe "green" then fruity. Interesting. Med + body. Flavor is earthy, dusty, fruity, "green". Getting a mild hop burn. This is very good stuff. Very different. Not getting much malt through the hop flavors. Finishes hoppy and nicely bitter - not a NW, but bitter. Different is quite good.

(bottle) gold with white head. Floral hops aroma. Flavor is citrus/floral hops.

viyh (73) - San Luis Obispo, California, USA - NOV 3, 2013
Good pale, slightly hoppy. Earthy tones with bright, cirtrusy aromatics. Clean finish, nice head, clear amber color. Not too fancy but not bad either.

Fatehunter (2585) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - OCT 14, 2013
Poured a finger and half of head on a cloudy, medium straw colored body. The aroma is unique. It’s difficult to place but something like a musty citrus is close. The taste is ripe orange, orange zest with mild pine bitterness. The texture is crisp with soft edges and moderate carbonation. I couldn’t decide if I liked the aroma. It’s in a class by itself.
