One of our favorite styles, this ale is a hop explosion. Light in color, heavily hopped in the kettle as well as conditioned with several unique hop varieties. This creates a beautiful floral/citrusy nose which is balanced well by a smooth and full finish.

Draft. Clear golden yellow color, thick white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of pine and pineapple. Taste has pine and tropical fruit in a bit of an odd combo that grows on you.

An ale Ive never heard of - from allendodd. Thanks again, guy! Pours a lightly hazy pale gold with a decent bubbly, fluffy white head. Big floral/citric aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is deceiving. Starts not hoppy, then destroys taste buds. Malt? Who knows. This is a very aggressively hopped ale. But it is very floral, so its not nasty, biting bitter. Or at least not all that much. The IBUs must be way up there. If you see it, dont miss it.

12 oz bottle that says DEC WK 3. It pours a nice pale gold with the slightest hint of peach. The head is foamy, soapy, and white. It leaves some decent lacing. The smell is really lacking. It is sweet with not too much hops. Maybe it is an old bottle. The taste has a slight bit of hops, subtle bitterness, it is fruity, malty and sweet. This is weak, very weak. Tap in St. Paul, forget the name of the place. Poured gold with a thin white head. Aroma consisted of a piney hop note, pretty much a one note aroma. Flavor is bitter through out but not very complex and quite one note.
