12oz bottle. Poured a murky golden color with a small sized white head. Lots of large and ugly floaters that thankfully quickly settled to the bottom of the glasss. Aromas of yeast, wheat, and light bananas. Tastes of bananas, wheat, with very light spices. BVery (10327) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - OCT 10, 2009
TAP: cloudy gold hefe, wheat on the nose. Just some hop/edge on taste, this is missing most of the good hefe character. Not great. arminjewell (9584) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAR 5, 2011
Pours slightly cloudy yellow, white head. Aroma has notes of banana, clove, touch of fruit. Taste is very light, some sweet fruit and banana, slight yeast, finishing sweet and light in flavor. Overall, not good and weak. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 1, 2008
Bottled in June, week 3. Poured slightly hazy medium orange with a dusting of white head. The aroma picked up quasi-sweet banana and bubblegum esters upfront with a pale malt backing.. spices were light and peppery, and smelled refreshing. The flavor was sweeter than I like in my hefes, but still alright.. bubblegum and bready notes at the core laced with lemon zest and spicy pepper.. finished spicier. Lighter-bodied and crisp on the palate, just a tad too sweet. wlajwl (6747) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Aroma is wheat, light fruit/lemons and beery. The flavor is wheat, fruit/lemons, mild sweetness and a mix of beery and slightly tangy in the finish.

Bottle courtesy of tytoanderso. Pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Smells earthy and crisp. Tastes of light citrus, crisp malt, some bitterness on the finish. kaser (6220) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 2, 2015
Golden and orange pour from bottle at lake, white bubbly head. Flowery and wheat aroma. A little bland but easy to drink. Wheat and slight citrus taste also. Not bad. JPDIPSO (6216) - Wauwatosa, USA - JUL 26, 2008
Cloudy light golden color with a moderate yellow cream colored head. Quite active effervescence (3+). Light dry wheat and some citric zest in the scent. Quite generic and uneventful. Mild sweet wheat start that is quickly turned away by a sharp citric and bitter turn. Grapefruit and bitter citric peels amass in the middle and finish. Some hints of banana and a touch of white pepper in the linger. A faint hint of earth and smoke in the linger as well. low yeast profile. Interesting wheat ale. On draught at the Happy Gnome in St Paul, MN. Pours a semi-clear golden pale brew with a thin white head that has a good retention and lacing. Aroma of light multi-grain malt, some tropical fruits, subdued yeast and sweet citrus zest. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated, with a bready malt and a touch of fruit flavors. Finish is semi-sweet with a bready aftertaste and very little bitterness. badgerben (5121) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - SEP 12, 2004
Autumn Brew Review 2004. Nice hazy, golden color with a bit o’ head. Aroma of light malts. Very light wheat presence in the taste, but it is noticeable. Perhaps a little malt as well. I honestly thought this was a pilsner or some other very light beer at the festival, not a hefe. It’s tasty, but nothing outstanding.
