COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is 5.5% alc. Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.

This is a good amber. From the tap at the Hammond Hotel in Hammond, WI. Very sessionable, very good accompaniment to good food and good times.

12 oz single bottle from Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Council Bluffs (Madison Ave). Orange to amber colored and pretty clear appearance with a beige head. Aroma of caramel/toffee, toasted malt and light hops. Similar flavor, adding light notes of musty hops and earthy yeast. Medium body with a slightly astringent finish. OK.

12 oz. bottle. Poured hazy amber, unfiltered, foamy white head. Aroma was citrus, sour fruit, musty. Taste was medium sweet, pine, fruit and citrus. Nice.

Bottle: Cloudy, bubbly amber with a small, off-white head. Caramel malt, lactic scent. Taste is sweet, toffee malt, a little nuttiness. Decent body....not bad.

Bottle. Lactic caramel malt and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Good body. Okay.

commonmac (1336) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 19, 2016
On tap at Bulldog NE with commonshawn. Pint glass. Orange with red tinge. Minor white had. Slight haze. Aroma is mild with a little hops, cereal, and sweetness. Taste has a little grainy quality at the forefront. Then a dose of hoppiness. Before giving way to a malty wave to end. It’s very average.

On tap at MSP (G22) -- Hazy orange/golden. Aroma is biscuit and cereal grains with crystal malts. Flavor is the same with moderated hops. Overall it’s a good but unremarkable red/Amber

nuplastikk (6452) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 15, 2015
12oz bottle. Hazy unfiltered orange-tan. Foamy, soapy off-white head. Pretty unimpressive beer. Some biting dry bitterness, not really that enjoyable...leads into a grainy thin malt bill, woody thin amber malt tones. The one-d bitterness is the only thing it has going for it, the malt tones aren’t that enjoyable. Not horrendous, not off, just not so good either.

Draft pour at 30hop. Orange pour with white head. Basic Amber. Malty and carmel earthy taste. Decent

Tap at mozza mia. Dark gold with small white head. Sweet grain aroma. Taste is malty and sweet. Stale taste late. Not too good. Forgettable.
