Consumed while on vacation on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Was part of a Russell sample pack of 12 12-ounce cans. Pours a clear light orange with thick, soap-bubble head and lacing. Aroma: citrus, honey. Flavor: pineapple, grapefruit, orange, honey, pine. Mouthfeel: light-bodied, crisp, refreshing. GlennHendry (512) - OSHAWA, Ontario, CANADA - APR 16, 2017
A gift from #beersaint Trevor in Surrey. A bit of sweetness in the aroma. Tropical fruit, honey and peach jam on the tongue. Resiny, sticky and very tasty. Definitely a Glenncore beer. tmalaher (309) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 6, 2016
Darker than I expected. Orange hue with medium foam. Nice Hoppy bitterness. Enjoyed Kobold (41) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 25, 2016
Appearance: Burnt honey brooding in a clear case of amber. The lather of clingy foam recedes at a moderate rate. cards04 (2931) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 25, 2015
Aroma: A proudly netural club soda houses an angry peach spitting pine needles and sharp ice cubes at oblivious passersby.
Taste: In its temporal aspect, it is the wraith of a self-erradicating memory. However, cracker crumb malts seasoned with tart herbs and grasses scattered on the tongue resist any complete disperal of fleetingness. The second quaff is sweeter: grasses have aged into a late Spring perfume while the crackers exude a hint of lemon flecked fruit jam.
Palate: Smooth, dimpled golf ball in the forefront with delicate prickles shimmering thereafter.
Overall: While initially hesitant, unwilling even to reveal its full name and smile, this coy little creature quietly warms to the tongue and nose with a sharp hop story that mellows, though not to any cloying degree, into bitter-sweet indecision.
Pretty decent isa. Pours a nice light Amber with aromas of hops mostly. Dank, and tropical. Good hop presence in the flavour department...tastes like it smells. Nice.
