Tap at Butcher & Bullock in Vancouver, BC. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma suggests fruity tropical hops. Med + body. Its too malty for me. The hops seem very nice, tropical fruit, citrus, earthy, but somehow its too malty. Doesnt work well for me.

On tap at Revolution beer, Calgary. A Amber beer with a small white head. Hoppy and citrus aroma. Taste is balanced, malty and hoppy. Could be more punchy in the hopiness

Bottle from NB Liquor. Cloudy medium orange amber under a one finger short lived offnwhitevheadbthat laces well. Very bright nose of citrus and pineapple with grapefruit and lemon taking the fore. Flavor is a little more subdued with a light toffee sweetness supporting a medium+ bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 8/4/7/3+/15

Cant say enough about this ipa...just complicated and unique enough...really tasty, foamy and long lasting aftertaste. Its so rare you taste a unique IPA these days. Well done, Russell Brewing.

Delish. Sweet and fruity, big tropical hops but very well balanced...juicy. Dangerously drinkable

On tap at Cotto Enotica in North Burnaby. A dark amber colored beer with moderate whitish head and fruity hop nose. Over the gums, its piney and citrus hop notes with a pleasant malt background. Very well balanced. 3.9

mcberko (16268) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 29, 2015
On tap at Darbys, pours a hazy dull copper with a small white head. Aroma is super fruity, with loads of tropical fruits, almost like a fruit punch, with some resinous hops in there. Flavour is quite a bit different, with loads of piney hops domination - not actually much of the tropical fruits or resin, and just enough biscuity malt backing. Really well-structured, with exceedingly high drinkability. Excellent IPA.

gnoff (9933) - Mlndal, SWEDEN - JUL 6, 2015
On June 19, 2015. At Big Rock Urban Eatery & Brewery, in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Hazy amber color, off-white head. Hoppy, pith, bitter taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, high bitterness. Hoppy, citrus scent.

DuffMan (9999) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 29, 2015
Bottle, shared with Parksy and others. Medium amber with golden highlights. Sweet caramel and tropical fruit, moderate bitterness. Sweetly malty, so if you dont mind that, its not a bad IPA.
