Very dry and slightly musty with a touch of earth and grape skin. Soft and thin on the palate. Lingering acidic finish. luvcasks (178) - USA - FEB 17, 2006
Aroma: Fruity and a faintly floral
Appearance: Gorgrous shining deep Amber pours with a small head which dissipated quickly
Flavor: Sweet, a little like wine with a nice round malt flavor, seemed a little wanting for me.
Palate: Medium bodied, slightly long in the finish with malty flavors
Overall: I like this abbey style ale, but I am not too crazy about it... DaSilky1 (2606) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 11, 2003
