Keg at Russian River (I didn’t come 6,000 miles to tick Golden Fucking Blondes - but I had to of course), Santa Rosa, 27/04/14.
Pale golden blonde with a moderate off white swirl atop the glass.
Nose is orange, citric rind, light florals, bread dough.
Taste comprises floral hops, straw, lemon rind, orange.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lemon bitterness.
Ok GB, may benefit from being cask conditioned to work the flavours out a little more. saxo (18945) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2012

On tap at Russian River, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose is pretty light, with some crackery malt and some light floral notes. Flavour is very light and subtle, with lightly bitter floral notes and crisp crackery malt to back. Very light drinking on the palate, and highly drinkable. Good stuff for a boring style. yngwie (17078) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. It is a clear pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma has pale malts and fruityness, quite straight forward and unexiting, but pleasant. The same goes for the flavor, where there’s also some bitterness. Pale malts and a generic fruityness. Medium to thin on the palate. Far from the most exiting beer I’ve had, but a quenching and nice one anyway. 130806 brokensail (16486) - Dublin, California, USA - JAN 9, 2014
On tap @ Russian River. Clear straw colored beer with a white head. Floral and white pepper notes on the nose. Light bread and dough, some cracker, and a touch of orange pith. Palate is quite crisp and dry. Light sweetness of dough and bread. Crackery malt, white pepper, and a light grassy, pithy bitterness. Mildly hopped. Pleasant and easy drinking. Draft - sour grapefruit and lemon. Pale gold with a thin white head. Light grapefruit, grass and a light bitterness. Not as sweet as expected, a great refreshing interpretation.
