COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aud Blonde may be the lightest colored beer we have ever brewed at Russian River Brewing Company, but don't be fooled into thinking that this beer is light in flavor. It has a refined characteristic, which can be contributed to us blending pilsner malt with a unique hop called crystal. The distinctive characteristic of the crystal hop lends a citrus, almost eucalyptus quality in the aroma and mouth feel of the brew, while leaving the beer with a long dry finish.

Had on tap at RR brewpub. Pours clear golden with small bubbles and nice lacing. Muted hop aroma with slight malts and some alcohol. Flavor has nice hop balance, but slightly astringent with a lingering flavor that didn’t sit well.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours clear veryvpale yellow. Aroma is blonde indeed, and sweeter than the She’s So Italian. Body is not heavier though, even if it also is a tad sweeter. Great drinkability again.
