Tasting at Mes and Sims flat. Batch 2. Very dark brown beer, hazy. Dry palate. Sour and rich. Sour coca cola and currants. The dark fruit providing a reasonable counter balance to the lemony sourness.
Tap at the source, courtesy of Jess and his moustache, thank you sir! Last bit of the keg. Hazy brown color, no head or lacing. Aroma resembles a Rodenbach, sour oak. Taste resembles port wine, medium body. Good stuff.
