[ Trade by Bobby91w ]. Light unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy to light creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy, tart, berry - fruity, grapefruit, barnyard, funk, sour, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate to heavy acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
From bottle #30 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy orange and with a lacing white head. Aroma is dry and acidic with a solid orange fruity aroma. Flavour is solid acidic and orang fruity. Dense flavour yet towards smooth. Acidic and citric finish with a nice sulphor and wooden touch. Finish makes me shiver. Smooth and utterly wellbalanced. Bottled - tasted blind - my 1800th US beer. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a very acidic note too as well as some fruit. The flavor is sweet with fruity notes - primarily of peaches as well as some notes of grapefruit, and a strong acidic note, leading to a tart finish. anders37 (26625) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 18, 2009
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a sour tart barnyard aroma with some hints of citrus. Sweetish malty but tasrt sour citrus flavor with some fruity hints. Sweetish tasrt sour citrus finish. omhper (25119) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 2, 2010
Bottled, thanks marsiblursi! Lightly hazy golden, mid-sized head. Concentrated lemon and old hay aroma. Dryish and tart, well rounded with marked vinegary acidity. Some caramel and slight vinous oakiness adds complexity to the acidic flavour. Finishes with stale hop bitterness.

Hazy orange color. Sour aroma, with mild fruitness, citrusy, and light cellar touch. Good mouthfeel, hidden malt flavor, silky sourness, citrusy touch, with a late astringency. Excellent.
Deviation. Yes good on aroma. But better on finish. Authentic funk on finish. Yes lemon and wood. Preety decent but lacks real authenticity.. Bit too lemon squash. Tasty but too much lemon. 3.7 mcberko (17836) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 28, 2014
750mL bottle at Bottleworks, pours a fairly clear copper golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is extremely complex, with loads of complex brett, maybe other wild yeast, oak, and more brett. Flavour reveals loads of brett all around, oak barrels, yeast, and more brett. No hint of oxidation at all - this has certainly stood the test of time. Quite balanced and mellow. Excellent stuff.
