Taste comprises lemon rind, yeast esters, damp hay, light funk, not too complex.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mild tarte rinse.

A hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Lactic sourness up front with a nice lemon zest note. Some grass, straw, yeast, and a light bready sweetness. Very bright and citrusy. the Bistro poured a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aromas of horseblanket, leather, and grapefruit rind. Big brett flavor with grapefruit rind and a hint of orange with a dry finish.
