On tap at the brewery in Santa Rosa, pours a clear light golden color with a small head. Nose is fresh ripe peaches, with some tropical fruit as well. Taste is sweet with ripened fruit, pleasant and delicious . Finish is sweet and ends on the same fruity notes. Great IPA. A: The pour is a golden orange color with a somewhat minimal head and nice lacing.
S: The nose contains some herbal, earthy, and citrus (oranges) from the hops. Not much in the way of malt in the nose.
T: The taste is much like the nose. Not overly bitter, but a definite presence. Noticeable orange flavor as well.
M: On the lighter side of things, which is by no means a bad thing in this case.
D: Very drinkable as it is not overpowering like some of the other hoppy Russian River beers. Bronzan (158) - Windsor, California, USA - JUN 7, 2015
Tasty. Crispy with nice hop flavor. Really good. Sorry, not a long review today.

Had this on tap at Najas place. Wow, this beer was really good, I enjoyed it very much, it was a smooth citrusy flavor, some spices in there as well. I actually ordered this beer twice cause I enjoyed it so much. maltman53 (472) - Corrales, New Mexico, USA - SEP 12, 2013
On tap at the brewery, the Hop 2 It is designed to show off a single hop variety in each version - and this one doesn’t disappoint. Pours light orange with nice head and lasting lace. Good malt/hop middle palate balance, finishing with a citrusy wash.

Sterling Hop 2 It on draft at Russian River Brewing. Golden color with a white head. Floral hop aroma. Very well-balanced flavor with citrusy hops and sweet caramel malt. Great for a single hop beer, medium with hop oils on the palate. mcberko (18060) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 24, 2013
On tap at Russian River, pours a clear golden copper with a small white head. Aroma is very nicely hoppy, with notes of pine and floral hops. Flavour is quite strong for a pale ale, more like an IPA, with notes of pine, floral hops, and just enough crackery malt to back. So piney on the palate. Highly drinkable and thirst-quenching. Excellent beer. Vac (2445) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 1, 2005
Pours with a deep golden body topped by a thick, creamy head with a good amount of lacing. Wow, it’s hoppy as hell in both the aroma and flavor. Bitter piney notes prevail over slightly sweet grapefruit notes and a slight flowery note. The aroma is a little green with grainy notes. Medium to full bodied and slightly dry. Growler from the brewpub! Sterling hops. Nose has citrus hops with a hints of pine and flowers. Lightly hazy orange with a big pale yellow head that nices laces the glass. Flavor is moderate bitterness and a little caramel. Finish is nicely lingering bitterness.
