This is the best Belgium style ale I've had. Great flavors with great carbonation.

Pours hazy golden yellow with a finger of white head. Smells bready and yeasty with a touch of funk. Taste follows the nose; bready, funky, and light malts. Light-to-medium bodied with a slick, almost prickly texture and less than average mouth-carbonation, Russian River Redemption Batch 009 finishes with a bready punch. Just received the dreaded Shipping exception from fed/ex. I needed to drink something really good so I went with this one. Thanks flexabull for this one
A batch 4 bottle poured into a snifter produced a good two fingers worth of white head. That turns to a thick lace that tops of a clear golden orange body
Nice yeasty aroma fills my nose. With some nice sweet fruity smells as well as a spice (pepper) note in the end. Yes it’s light and refreshing
The flavors are very light on the tongue as well bananas and citrus flavors are evident up front. The spiciness of the hops comes of well and keeps this brew extremely well balanced. Light mouth feel and good carbonation keeps this thing very drinkable
This is now my favorite session brew of all time. It is great on a hot day and I would love to be close enough to make this one of my session brews.

pours a slightly cloudy golden blonde color. solid white head. good retention rate and phenomenal lacing. dry aromas, sweet malts, pale of course. some honey, biscuits, with a light flowery hop aroma. tastes like a chardonnay. some honey notes in the taste. like butter and honey on a biscuit. wonderful pale malts. lightly hopped, with notes of apricots. slightly dry mouthfeel, very clean and crisp. higher carbonation rate than expected. santos999 (318) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 7, 2008
Batch 4. Again, ginormous thanks to Naka for sharing. Super strong spicy aroma - ginger, pepper, floral and grassy. Grapefruit, peach, pepper, spicy, doughy, bready, and a slight funk in the background. Full & creamy mouthfeel. Amazing.

A - Hazy golden pour accompanied by a finger of white head and sticky lacing. Looks sooo lively and appetizing.
S - Bananas, Floral, Belgiany, Citrus.
T - Light floral and yeast notes. Lightly sweet in the middle ends lemony and tangy. A very juicy beer, a lemon rind finish.
M - Wonderful mouthfeel, lively carbonation, excellent bottle fermentation characteristics.
D - So much flavor for a beer with a lower ABV. A lovely highly sessionable beer. allfreej (556) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JAN 2, 2011
375 ml bottle.
Aroma: Clean, fresh malt aroma. Slightly yeasty, lemony.
Appearance: Clear golden pour, very bubbly, foamy bright white head. Good lacing. Excellent.
Taste: Clean malt flavor, Fruity, slightly floral hops, yeasty esters, lemony, nicely bitter finish.
Palate: Bubbly, light, refreshing.
Overall: Excellent. This would be a big hit as the daily beer for any monk around. Light on the palate, refreshing, full of flavor. drpimento (3572) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 11, 2011
Batch # 10. Once again, these RR guys hit the ball out of the park. I let the bottle warm some out of the fridge, then poured according to label. Got a smallish, frothy, sudsy, off white head that soon settled to a thin cover and a bit of lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber with loads of large bubble trails. Aroma has a lot going on with yeast, malt, citrus, apples, balsamic vinegar, perfume, wet grain. Flavor is similar to nose with the carbonic tang hitting you then all those other things & it’s fairly dry. Body n carbonation are perfect for style. Finish is like flavor, plus it also leaves "sweet spit", I guess as mouth’s reaction to the acids. Clean and average length. Sipping beer and I bet it’d be a blast to cook with. dhunter151 (590) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - JAN 29, 2013
Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Tastes of lemon, bread and yeast. It is refreshing. Would be nice on a summer day.

On tap @the brewpub. This is a fantastic Belgium! Pours a pale straw color with a huge white head. Taste is dominated by the malt sweetness with a hint of yeast. Nice dry finish. Outstanding!
