Bottle pours brilliant golden with a well-formed, clean, foamy white head and loads of bubbles. She's a beaut. Aroma is tropical, citrus, pine, some grain and earth. Lots of P fruits evident in this - pineapple, papaya, plum. Flavor is clean, crisp, good bready crystal/pale base and solid bitterness. Medium-light feel, crisp and clean. A good offering in the APA/SIPA category. MarcoDL (5582) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 24, 2017
Draft at the brewpub. Aroma of fresh hop, citrus and peach. Taste has sweet peach candy, citrus, fresh hop and tropical fruit. Very nice. NachlamSie (3643) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 23, 2017
Bottle date stamped June 14, 2017. Gold body, tall frothy head. The aroma is potent and does a great job at conveying this really interesting hop character. It’s slightly weedy, but mostly stonefruit-like, and with notes of honeydew and lime. Solid mouthfeel on this one, especially for the abv. Bitterness is well rounded from start to finish. Stonefruit flavors from the hop are up front with supporting notes of rosemary and melon. Crisp finish, great attenuation. Very well executed beer as we would expect from Russian River. They provided an excellent vehicle to evaluate HBC-435. Bule (2315) - California, USA - JUN 15, 2017

Golden color ale from the bottle with a small white head. Aroma is lemon, lime, and brine. Smells really good. Light malt body showcases the diversity of the hop. Flavor is more like lemon peel, mango, and coconut with a candy-like fruit finish. Very different. Look forward to more beers with this hop. Wittales (884) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - JUL 12, 2015
Appearance was clear light gold with creamy white lasting 2 finger head, rings of lacing. Aromas are tropical, citrus, pine, Honey melon, peach and soft catty dank. Taste are smooth lemon, lime upfront gives way to peach, melon mid sip. Soft resinous pine smooths out the light malt backend. Palate was soft creamy CO2 with light body, lasting balanced hoppy citrusy finish. A great session IPA, showcasing a wonderful exciting newish hop.
