Bottle at Side Project Cellar. 375 mL bottle shared by George. Thanks dude. The pour a darker brown with a light khaki head and a few spots of lace. The aroma is interesting. Lots of dark fruits and a strong Belgian yeast. It’s a little cardboardy, but not too shabby. The flavor is much of the same. Dark fruits, heavy malts, and a light sweetness. Not too bad. Pours a deep copper, approaching brown with sudsy off white head and nice lacing. Roasty malty aroma, sweet. Sweet malty with light dry fruit and spiced notes.

Flavor is sweet dark fruits, caramel, milk chocolate, banana, light spice, buttered bread. Pours black with a low off white head. Aromas of chocolate, roasted malt, sour notes, brown sugar, roasted nuts. Taste is fruity with farmhouse notes and light chocolate notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation and quite dry.
