Much softer and less acidic than its big brother. Somewhat more oak forward with less ripe fruit overall. Soft snd appetizing with a very lite clean dry finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the Tonorado 20th Anniversary party. Aroma is fruit with a hint of oak. The flavor is much more subdued. There’s a bit of apple/cider, woody oak and tart aftertaste.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Toronado 20th ann. party. This light amber ale poured with a decent beige head. The flavor is pleasantly sour and fruity with enough complexity to make it interesting. It’s too bad they didn’t bottle some of this.

Draft. Mohagony beer with a light tan head. Light fruity, oak aroma.Sweet berry (cherry, strawberry, currant), very tart flavor with oak. LIngering berry tartness. Medium + body. Hides alcohol well. Tartness with berry. A blend of the the first 2 beers that made the final Toronado 20th Anniversary. They thought it was so good they would keg some for itself.
