4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is very nice on a 100 degree day. Light yellow color with some haze and a medium white head, small bubbles. Aroma is grassy with some lime, yes I do smell the lime. Taste is grassy, mildly pepper, and again a hint of lime. This reminds me of a shandy without the shandy added in. I found the hints of lime very refreshing, then again I really like limes. I also think that for a brewer to use one malt and one hops shows exceptional skill and this is a beer and a style that would show any flaws, it does not.
Slightly cloudy blond with lots of lace. Nice citrus hop character but maybe not quite bitter enough in the finish. This is a very decent and drinkable pale ale, lemony slightly sweet and quite nice. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 4, 2013
On tap at Rustic Road. Hazy witbier yellow with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is odd with floral hops and pale malt Taste is floral and pale with noble hops and vegetal notes and low bitterness. notalush (5909) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUL 19, 2013
Tap at the brewery - hazy gold - soapy lace - nose of lemongrass, orange peel, light herbal notes, light wheat - flavor is grassy, medium bitter, lightly herbal, with some lemon, melon rind - nice soft froth in the mouth - lighty wheaty and sweet finish - solid summer quaffer. crossovert (13724) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 7, 2013
Orange juice aroma. Flavor has citrus, some tang, plenty of sweet malt. It goes down easy.
