COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pivo tzv. „výčepního“ typu, dobře zahánějící žízeň a zvoucí k celovečernímu posezení. Kombinací dvou druhů chmele – žateckého červeného a vysokoobsažného chmele „Sládek“ se dosahuje nevtíravé, ale pikantní hořkosti vyzývající k dalšímu napití. Nižší koncentrace mladiny a vyšší prokvašení dává pivu lehkost a dobrou pitelnost. Kvalitní slad plzeňského typu je zárukou velmi světlé, oku lahodící barvy. Rychnovský Zilvar navazuje na původní rychnovské pivo 10st., vyráběné ve zdejším pivovaru od roku 1928.

Jedna z nejlepších obyčejných desítek, kterou jsem měl.. Hodně výtečná chuť a bohatá pěna.

Bottle. Malty, grainy with light butter, nice and moderate herbal bitterness. Medium body, good carbonation, bitter finish. Good Czech pils.

omhper (25095) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2016
Bottled at Czeska Baszta, Warsaw. Almost clear golden, small head. Mildly buttery hay aroma. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with mild, yet rich and seemless flavours from hay. Notes of butter. Mid bitter finish. Rustic, yet elegant. Complex, yet straightforward and refreshing.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2016 Lane w knajpie w Hradcu Kralove. Kolor złotawy, mętne. Piana minimalna. Aromatu nie przypominam sobie. W smaku nie podzielam wysokich ocen - piwo nijakie, podobne do niczego, goryczki brak. Aktualizacja z marca: piwo w wersji butelkowej było znacznie lepsze - delikatny smak czeskiego pilsnera z lekką goryczką, dość spora piana.

Marduk (7694) - Reval, ESTONIA - DEC 2, 2015
1L green bottle (thanks FatPhil). Slightly hazy amber color. Medium size, thick white head, stays. Looks nice. Sourish, acidic, fruity in aroma. Sweet, malty, yeast, grassy hops, sourish, bit papery in taste. Sweet malts and grassy hops in aftertaste. Nice crisp mouthfeel. Medium body. Quite nice brew.

1L bottle (Koht Autumn Auction, Tallinn)
Nice bready aroma, some dry nettly spicy hops, some hint of sourness. Nice hazy straw, tight white head. 6 days past its BB, and it’s just tasting a tiny bit sour, but it’s still good. So bready with the fresh grains. Fresh herbal dry hopping, so much a live beer, quite tasty. Palate nicely soft and smooth, unfiltered and unpasteurised rocks! Shame about the sourness, but it’s holding up very well considering.

On tap at Richtar Jakub. Aroma and taste are very very malty, bit hoppy, earthy notes.

Svesse (8595) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 12, 2013
(Draught at Kulovy Blesk, Prague, Prague 18 July 2013) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with grass, bread, vanilla and toffee. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, toffee, peaches and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a light sweetness. No stand out, but well balanced and quite enjoyable.
