COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pivo tzv. „výčepního“ typu, dobře zahánějící žízeň a zvoucí k celovečernímu posezení. Kombinací dvou druhů chmele – žateckého červeného a vysokoobsažného chmele „Sládek“ se dosahuje nevtíravé, ale pikantní hořkosti vyzývající k dalšímu napití. Nižší koncentrace mladiny a vyšší prokvašení dává pivu lehkost a dobrou pitelnost. Kvalitní slad plzeňského typu je zárukou velmi světlé, oku lahodící barvy. Rychnovský Zilvar navazuje na původní rychnovské pivo 10st., vyráběné ve zdejším pivovaru od roku 1928.

omhper (24977) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2016
Bottled at Czeska Baszta, Warsaw. Almost clear golden, small head. Mildly buttery hay aroma. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with mild, yet rich and seemless flavours from hay. Notes of butter. Mid bitter finish. Rustic, yet elegant. Complex, yet straightforward and refreshing.

1l bottle. Aroma dominated by Saaz hoppiness, with notes of basement, malt, straw and hay. Balanced, strong malty-hoppy taste with a decidedly hoppy finish, strong herbal bitterness and hoppy fade-off. My goodness, what a terrific pils! When I happen to come across such uncomplicated yet utmost compelling beers I immediately forget all about Citra, barrel ageing and fancy ingredients. True beauty lies in simplicity.

bottle from Farmarsky Obchod Prague. Hazy golden colour, large and creamy white head. Resiny-herbal hop aroma. Light-bodied, solid malty base with lots of herbal hops, hints of tea and chamomile. Reeiyn-herbal hops that add a touch of German character to this beer. Very nice.

motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - JUN 20, 2012
On tap at the festival minipivovaru 2012 at Prague castle. Very pale, almost grey and wit-like with a bulbous head; pleasant grainy, grassy aroma; light bitterness, mellow but as with good desitkas quite subtle and revealing peach character and with a steady but persistent grassy hop finish
