Over 6 fucking euros for a small one? What the fuck? Very nice aroma, grainy and dry, but with a slightly plasticky slightly almondy heller-bocky aspect too - nice. Rich amber, small tight keggy off-white head. Fairly full, but simple palate, slight stickiness, slight bitter dryness. Decent carbonation keeps it crisp. Fairly simple grainy taste, a little eco, but no grunge, just full grains, and some very pleasant dry bitter noble hops. Dry resin coats the mouth for the finish, doesn’t quite raise a tingle, but it’s close. Some more of the hellerbock hints in the finish, sweet and nutty. I often give hellerbocks more than this, this is clearly but i think I don’t like the kegginess. Pretty OK though.
