Tap (Vltave, Helsinki)
Over 6 fucking euros for a small one? What the fuck? Very nice aroma, grainy and dry, but with a slightly plasticky slightly almondy heller-bocky aspect too - nice. Rich amber, small tight keggy off-white head. Fairly full, but simple palate, slight stickiness, slight bitter dryness. Decent carbonation keeps it crisp. Fairly simple grainy taste, a little eco, but no grunge, just full grains, and some very pleasant dry bitter noble hops. Dry resin coats the mouth for the finish, doesn’t quite raise a tingle, but it’s close. Some more of the hellerbock hints in the finish, sweet and nutty. I often give hellerbocks more than this, this is clearly but i think I don’t like the kegginess. Pretty OK though. larsniclas (7037) - Billdal, SWEDEN - JUN 29, 2013

Tapped at Richtar Jakub. A strong ale! Aroma very malty. Taste malt and alcohol. Surprisingly very drinkable. A sipper. Not refreshing at all, but ideal for winter nights. hobsch (505) - Cologne, GERMANY - JAN 16, 2014

500ml bottle from Premium Czech Beers online. Pours clear golden amber, thin white head. Aromas of honey, light stewed fruit, light lemon note. Taste is a bit sweet and cloying though, something metallic too, letting it down a bit. Not too sticky on the finish. OK.

Bottle from Rusovsky dvor, Bratislava. Dark golden color with small white head. Fruity aroma with honey, butterscotch, alcohol. Taste, sweet malt, fruity, syrup, touch of alcohol. Light bitterness in sweet finish. Drinkable. lord_totenkopf (314) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 20, 2013
Light amber colour, yeasty, mushroomy fragrances, suggests a malty, bread-like flavour but in fact it is more bitter than I expected from the aroma. Leaves some kind of a pilsner-like aftertaste but nothing extra. westler (97) - Stuttgart, GERMANY - APR 21, 2014
Bottle, 50 cl. Amber colour, white firm head. Light malt and grain aroma. Decent malty taste, light bitterness. Short finish. Very drinkable but nothing special. Christos (5691) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle 500 ml at home, poured into a big Guinness glass. ABV 6.5%
Deep golden orange beer, with lots of activity in its clear body and a tall slighty off-white head, thick, with pretty good retention, leaving light lacing on the glass.
Aroma of malts, lots of metal, not offensive though.
Taste is also malty, less sweet than I expected, light hay, sugar, alcohol somewhat notable but again, not offensive, it just gives an interesting note.
Medium thin body, carbonation is okay I guess, maybe towards the lower side
Overall nothing special, but it drinks okay.
