laiti (8531) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 4, 2011
50 cl bottle, rated on 20.10.2010
Brownish and bright, quickly disappearing head. Aroma has roasted barley malt and some chocolate. Flavour has roasted coffee and chocolate. Good.

2.4
Koelschtrinker (22074) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011
Malzig-herber Antrunk. 7/9/8/7/8/7

3.2
Grima (2511) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - JAN 21, 2011
Dark ruby red color, cream head. Smells slightly malty sweet, roasty and licorice-like. Extremely roasted malt aromas, the sweetness comes easily in the background. The aftertaste is towards licorice / caramel. To the finish point does not change much.

It’s mahogany-red with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and light licorice. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, light licorice, syrup, and the finish is dry with a light bitterness. It’s a delicious dunkel.

3.3
TaxiDriver (1847) - Stadland, GERMANY - OCT 17, 2009
Bottle. The aroma of dark malt, light bitter, reminds me a little bit of a cola without sugar. The head is small, white and creamy-fizzy, fast disappearing. The body is dark red. The taste is in the beginning quite bitter, the beer is dry in the mouth. The finish is light cardboard. The body is medium strong and very dry, especially in the finish. The carbonation is lively.
