3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Outstanding amber from an unknown brewery. Appearance is ideal for the style. Hops are just right, and fruit additions are moderate, albeit a nice touch.
Malty taste, smooth and medium strong, roasted and toasted taste, light hop bitterness on finish psark (54) - Binghamton, New York, USA - DEC 22, 2010
New penny color. Light caramel mixed with munich malt base. Subtle fruitiness and honest biterness leave a dry clean finish which make this a session beer. alobar (3778) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2010
Pours a clear amber color with an inviting white head. Aroma of nuts, citrus, and caramel. Flavor of nuts, caramel, and some hops. Sweet-almost too sweet-, crisp and enjoyable. Not a great beer, but one you can drink several in a sitting. sinkhole (263) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 20, 2010
Draught, Watertown NY. Pours copper-amber with average white head. Aromas of hops and roasted malts. Taste of malts with hints of citrus with a light bitter hop finish. A solid beer but it doesn’t stand out. garmonbozia (429) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA - MAR 19, 2010
Bottle from a mixer . Nice nuttyness with some dry aftertaste. Nothing to brag about, but a descent beer.

Orange-amber in color. Fairly sweet and creamy in taste, sort of reminds me of cream soda. Finishes cleanly with just a slight hint of malt left on the palate. Pretty highly drinkable, though too much of the sweetness may be distracting. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 16, 2008
On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Pours amedium amber color. Notes of caramel & toasted malts. Taste is rather plain but overall a drinkable amber jhliesen (832) - West Melbourne, Florida, USA - SEP 13, 2008
Bottle-hmmmmm, my review will go against the grain with most of the other ratings, of course, my tastes perfer the ambers and oktoberfests. There really isn’t an aroma I could detect. I’m marking this down to the single bottle purchase and that the beer might be a little older than prefered. The beer was a solid copper color with a small head and a slight, consistant amount of carbonation that kept the head refresh the entire time. The beer had a bready taste mixed with caramel and the feel of a pub ale. Produce place 1.49 shadey (2135) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 16, 2008
Tap. Amber colored with a nice head produced by the tap. Better aroma than expected. A nice caramel and toast aroma left me thinking I had been missing out on a gem. But the flavors were disappointing. The toast-bread flavors didn’t translate well in the taste and I was stuck with a almost metallic bitter taste that was a big turnoff. From bottle. Mild caramel and biscuit notes, light hoppy acidity, neutral fruits. Medium orange-amber clear, with quickly dissipating head. Light body with medum carbonation. Starts with a little sweetness, light acidity and some nutty-dry caramel. Dull sweet malt until the end, with a mild bitter and nutty after.
