Clear amber with off white head. Caramel malt, mild fruit, and mild lemon hop aroma and flavor. Full bodied, decent zing, and lite dry bitterness.

A nice rich caramel color. Pleasant aroma. Good taste and after taste. Jas a hint of a roasted nut flavor rougeau13 (3013) - Richmond, Texas, USA - DEC 30, 2011
UPDATED: MAR 29, 2016 Tap at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Decent for what it is, and definitely better than the park’s other option: bud light. Clear brown-amber with almost no head. Aroma of caramel malt. Taste is slightly sweet malt and a little grainy. Light-medium bodied. Not bad for a theme park refreshment. Suttree (6385) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 29, 2011
Well, at the time I was ready to give a score over 4 or so, but I think that was more my need for a beer - ANY beer - while at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Cooler heads prevailed, though - It’s OK - a little on the bland side, but not horrible. Just a standard amber. rcasta (864) - EL SALVADOR - NOV 2, 2010

Draft at some lousy restaurant in Animal Kingdom. Poured slightly darker then your standard macro but the flavor and aroma were all standard macro flavors and aromas.....dusty grains and not much else going on here. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - FEB 24, 2010
Bought on Tap @ the Yak and Yeti Restaurant in Disney in the Animal Kingdom, lunch .. . Caramel and dark bread Aromas .. . nice mouthfeel for a hot day, light spritz .. . tries for a craft but falls short, good for tourists .. . decent and fun for Disney but what happens at Disney should stay at Disney... love those fried wontons yo! .. Tried this back in october at the Animal Kingdom, don’t think it was listed then. Pours light amber with a white head. Flavor is a blend of toasted and caramel malts. Hey, it’s the best beer you will find in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. AR (1000) - Georgia, USA - FEB 21, 2010
Tried the Safari Amber at the Yak and Yeti Anandupur Food Cafe. It has a light body with a slight citrus flavor that blended well with a light malt flavor. weeare138 (936) - Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 22, 2009
Appears a dark amber with a mahogany hue. A small beige head quickly fades into a gentle cap.
Smell is of sweet caramel, toasted nuts, mild vanilla, & some Munich malt.
Taste is of the aromas with a mild vegetal flavor. Good call by hopdog...grainy. A certain metallic flavor, as well.
Medium bodied, sweet, spritzy.
