Sagra Premium is very aromatic, blond and full bodied. Due to its ale fermentation temperature it has a distinct and unforgettable fruity flavors and aromas with a refreshing bitterness and floral finish.

Bottle, as "La Sagra Premium." Grass and very light citrus aroma, with what seems like a touch of smoke. Medium copper/orange color with sloppy sticky lace. Caramel, herbs, fruity, grainy, small bitterness in mid and final. Thin-medium body. Mild, sweet, and moderately tasty. Not bad, really.

Aroma: light malts, some honey and flowery notes. Tasty: light to moderate sweetness. Flavour: malt, diacetyl, some flowers. This is more provincial lager than ale.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 5, 2015
Bottle at Gran Canaria. Slight gusher. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of fruity malts, some grains, a hint of caramel and some honey. Flavor is quite sweet, malty, fruity and with a decent body. Slightly messy, but well drinkable.

330 ml bottle bought at 759 Store in Sheung Shui Centre, Sheung Shui.

Cloudy hazy orange honey colour with a thin crust of yeast sedimentsOne-quarter finger head and white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Excellent sticky lacing with near zero carbonation; Very fragrant aroma of Ale malt, with grapefruit, strong orange, floral, honey, strong molasses, bread, strong yeast, spices, light lemon and thin grass; Medium sweet taste of Ale malt, with light grapefruits, light apricots, light oranges, very light resins, molasses, spices, biscuits, strong yeast, lemon, light bitter hops and grass; Close to light body. Thin and quite crisp palate; Mouth Feel is wholesome Ale maltyness in a thin background. Sweet fruits dominate all the way with juicy light grapefruits, oranges and light apricots. Sweetness is tasty and not cloying. Yeasty, slightly oozy and fairly spicy. Lemony light hops to round. Nice!… Hoppiness is grapefruits, oranges, floral, honey, spic and light lemon in nose. Citrus, light apricots, light resins, spice and grass in taste; Bitterness is moderate for a lasting, fair astringent sweet malty finish; Quite dry after taste. Fruity sweet and light bitter to mouth.

Comments: This Blonde Ale is so nice in its fruitness and pretty smart use of citrusy and spicy hops with some light ooze to tease. Only the low bitterness kinda holding it back. Overall it’s easy, refreshing and very sessionable. I like it!
