COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma: Subtle peach and herbs. Appearance: Nice red ambar color with clear liquid and a minimal white head. Taste: Medium bitter with light sour notes. Palate: Light body with thin texture and average carbonation. Long bitter/sweet fruit finish. Overall: The palate remains in the memory for a while. Rich flavour.

Beautiful deep rosey amber hue with a thin rocky ivory cap. Bright earthy Amber malts with a gentle orange zest tone and light biscuit undertones. Smooth body that’s got some crystal malt, gentle toffee, orange candy, and a gently biscuity red ale finish. Tasty and clean but has this weird orange flavored candy sweetness.

The beer looks very good. The color of the brew is a reddish amber, you could also call it reddish copper. For a beer caked Roja it is t that red though. The beer is very cloudy, like most Spanish beers I had in my Holliday here. I wonder why that is. The cloudiness gives the beer a satin finish though. On top I’d the beer a very thick layer of soft slightly off white foam is formed. The foam collapses, but a very thick soft drape of foam is left. I barely see thick drapes like this. I like the smell of the beer. There are a few different things going on. First, there is a strong hip aroma, which is quite fruity. I smell sweet stonefruit, some rather mild hoppy bitters and nice hoppy acidity. There are also some toasty malt aromas, quite bitter and also a bit sweet. They form a nice addition to the hops and even enhance them. The taste is good to. The hop is not strong in the taste. It even has some stout like characters. I taste delicious malts, bittersweet chocolate, nice bitter roast and toast flavors and some caramel. It’s good. There are some sweet and slightly sour touches of the stonefruity hops. The palate is nice. The body is medium and the beer is smooth. Medium high carbonation tickles the tongue nicely, while a bittersweet finish of a stage length forms a good ending to the beer. Bueno.

Aroma; roasted malts, chocolate, malted candies, berries, Look; fawn lowhead, brown hazy body. Taste; juicy hops, roasted malts, malted candies, berries, walnuts, dark bread - leading to a balanced juicy finish. Feel; quite alright, semi dry. Overall; good contents and clean nice brew.
