Clear dark red to black color, light brown head. Sweet, vanilla, cinnamon scent. Sweet, spicy, cinnamon taste. Intense chili after a while, but not burning. Roasted, spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

From tap at Mash Craft Beer Festival, Barcelona at 10.4%. Lots of cinnamon in the aroma along with floral notes, roasted malt and some vanilla. Medium to full body with a light sweetness and a medium to heavy chili spiciness. The flavor starts with roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate, again with lots of cinnamon and vanilla, then comes the chili. The spiciness is never harsh but very present - maybe a little bit too much.

Clear black beer, small creamy irregular beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: vanilla, more vanilla, sugary, mocha, sweet, caramel. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of alcohol, vanilla, very chocolaty, soft chilli notes. Aftertaste: sweet, lots of dark chocolate, vanilla, more chillies.

Cinnamon way too dominant in aroma, I dislike cinnamon greatly in most beers. Clear dark red, brief head. Cinnamon dominates the taste too, yuck. Palate burns from chilli, wow, some real genius going into this recipe. Alcohol everywhere. Complete mess, mostly undrinkable.
Thank you kraddel & tderoeck! Sampled draft @ VCBF 2017. So much better than the base beer for me. Black, little tanned head. Nose is hugely sweet mocha, chocolate sugar, ice cream, huge vanilla, sweet candy. Taste is all vanilla, sweet sugar, candy, prune, candy, mocha, very sweet coffee, very, very vague chili in the back, almost none but than again my tollerance for chili is rather high & I was eating spicy snacks at the time (judge me all you want!) Drank at VCBF 10-06-17. Very nice one. Good, dominant vanilla. Then some stouty-ness, and pretty spicy finish. Rich beer.
