I thought it was delicious. Smooth, delicate, great. We had the pleasure to enjoy it in Vietnam and if possible We would continue to enjoy in Puerto Rico.

Puszka 0,33 kupiona w Ho Chi Minh City. Lekki, nie narzucajacy się lager. Będę miał z tym piwem zawsze dobre wspomnienia albowiem wraz z żoną zostaliśmy poczestowani nim w zoo w Ho Chi Minh przez biwakującą tam rodzinę :)

Can. Pours clear (PALE) golden with small white head, doesn´T STAY. Aroma: sweetish, malty, yeasty, hay. Taste is sweetish, sourish, malty, hay, fruity. Thin body. Easy to drink. Smooth bitter finish.

Okay. 8/8/9/8/9/9

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2016 Pours clear golden. Aroma is a bit uninviting - old cloves, sweaty leather, musty fruits from cellar. Also some malts and sweets. Taste gives a surprise - honey, sourness, fruits. Light to drink and even after stays for a while. Not bad lager at all.

Had it from a bottle. Light beer. Not much personality, easy to drink. Industrialized. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pours clear lightly hazed golden straw with decent off white head and good lace. Euro Noble hop aromas light graininess and lightly sweet malt. Light body, zesty carbonation good hop character lingering through. Finishes a touch unclean. Grassy hop character lingering through with a muddy grainy malt character

GoufCustom (1979) - HONG KONG - FEB 3, 2017

330 ml green bottle bought at Chào Chào in Whampoa Garden, Hung Hom.

Clear pale golden yellow colour; One finger head and soapy white foam which last for 1 minute; Good sticky lacing with active small carbonation; Pungent smell of lager malt, with initial skunk (last for 2 minutes), barley grains, floral, light sugar, bread, lemon and fair grass; Close to light sweet taste of lager malt, with wet paper, grains, floral, light molasses, bread, lemon, quite strong bitter hops and grass; Light body. Thin and slightly slick palate; Mouth feel is fairly good maltyness in a watery background. Not adjuncts but strong grainy barley with a bit of wet paper. Quite flowery, low sweetness, light bready with good lemon to round. Okay… Hoppiness is skunk, floral, lemon and grass in nose, same in taste but stronger and without the light struck; Bitterness is quite strong and exact-like for a lasting, medium astringent bitter-sweet finish; Quite dry after taste. Malty floral and strong bitter to mouth.

Comments: Compares to Saigon Export, this one is more refined, with better maltyness close to a Premium Lager, no ricey adjuncts and a mean hop bitterness. Skunk is expected from green bottle but it’s pretty minor. Better than expected overall and very drinkable, quite an achievement for Asian Macro.

Bottle in Osaka. Light, fruity, citrus aroma. Ok malt, not very special but refreshing and fruity with lots of citrus. A bit of cardboard takes away, but just a bit. Light, bubbly, and good for hot climates, I suppose. Better than expected.
