345ml bottle into schooner glass. Lemony aroma. Pours amber full of bubbles. No head at all. Zero. Tastes weird. Little bit of sherbet? Aftertaste is standard bitter followed by lavender or musk or something. Strange beer. I’ve never had a kolsch that tastes like this. Bewildering. Morboso (146) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 2, 2014
Not getting much outta this one. Like the aroma the taste has some sort of faint strange fruitiness of what type I just can’t quite nail, a little mineral water fizz but left with the faint fruit coating on my tongue unfortunately not enough of anything to say it is good. But not nasty although the marketing spiel on the label is just arse. StevieT (2013) - AUSTRALIA - JUN 6, 2014
From a bottle. Pours a crystsl clear pale yellow, generic "beer" aroma, lasting head, it’s a bit bland. I’m not that excited. mattyhennessy (376) - Highton, AUSTRALIA - APR 9, 2014
Fizzy. A small white head with a slightly pale golden body. Slight floral aroma but there is little complexity in the flavours. No discernible bitterness or malt complexity. Not a good attempt Rosslew (320) - AUSTRALIA - MAR 14, 2014
Disappointing from a brewer that gave us some tasty beers. Lot of bubbles but hardly any impact on the nose. Not much on the palate either. Very watery.

Drank from bottle. Some light hops, malt and sour fruit flavours. Watery, unpleasant taste. Not a good example of a kolsch, and just not good. Muggus69 (2493) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - JAN 23, 2014
Pale gold body, slight haze, white head drops away.
Mild aroma; grainy malts with a touch of floral hop.
Medium body & carbonation, dry overall impression.
Grainy malts continue on the body, light cracker biscuit flavour with a light sweetness. Floral herbaceous hops linger briefly on a subtle bitter finish.
A example of the style, somewhat underwhelming but quite clean and drinkable. MarkMaclean (48) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 4, 2013
Clear mid gold, little or no gas but fizz on the tongue, no head. Flat-ish taste, little palate but a slight yeasty finish. Unremarkable.

Bottle - Pours straw with a short lived white head, looks completely flat. Very little aroma, maybe a bit of biscuit or cereal. some cereal taste but nothing much too it. very watery on the palate. Maris (1513) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - AUG 22, 2013
From a 345ml bottle on 22/8/2013. Pours a clear light golden with a tiny head. Has a quite unpleasant aroma featuring urine and stale bready malt. The flavour is similarly uninspiring featuring more stale bread and grain. The body and carbonation are medium. I think some of the other beers in this series have been harshly treated on here. Not this one though - it’s horrible.
