mkel07 (5949) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - OCT 7, 2014
Bottle from Dan Murphy’s September 2013. Big hoppy beer this one with pine, citrus and floral aromas. Heavy in the mouth and the aftertaste hangs around.

hawthorne00 (3941) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - OCT 12, 2013
Bottle. Pale amber with a white head. Resinous, somewhat soapy aroma with caramel, mandarin and earthy mango, pears. Lightish bodied, medium carbonation. Dull caramel sweetness, mango, pears, pepper, pine. Moderate bitterness.

bluevegie (3073) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 29, 2013
Clear bronze body with white head. Peach and oranges on the aroma with similar in the taste, light grapefruit bitterness. Drinkable and refreshing.

ALLOVATE (3014) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 18, 2013
UPDATED: OCT 20, 2013 A hint of burnt toast and fresh mown grass mars slightly amidst a tingle of overly ripe tropical fruit and pinewood on the nose. Looks good even with chill haze evident. Big, rocky white crown held proud atop a deep amber body. Rough, tannic malt, light smoke, peanut husks, butter, all predominant on the palate. Fruit, either esters or hop contributed are muddled and lost. Lightly bitter - hoped for more. Not much length and dry. Tangy, puckering sweet/sour malt profile builds as it warms. Next!? (64cL, BBE 06/14, Dan Murphy’s Currambine)

640mL bottle BB 24/08/14 Pale gold body with some haze, holds a small white foam. Decent hop nose; grapefruit rind, pine sap, woody spice & fresh cut grass with some underlying lightly toasted malt in there, perhaps a touch of diacetyl? Full bodied, good carbonation, drying texture. Delivers a good hit of pine & citrus hop, some unripe stonefruit in there with lightly nutty, biscuity malt playing second fiddle. Moderately high bitterness, finish a tad short. Pretty decent IPA, without being anything too memorable.

davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - NOV 29, 2013

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2014 Dan Murphy bottle (10-Nov-13) Fruity herbal hop slight sulphur aroma. Clear amber colour, poor head and suds lacing. Biggish herbal grass fruit pine flavour. Medium pine finish and tangy pine herbal aftertaste.

Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - DEC 1, 2013
Pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is malt, grapefruit, citrus, pine, fruits and hops. Taste is medium sweet of fruit and citrus leading to a hoppy finish. Pretty decent effort.
