COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American pale, crystal, and a healthy dose of rye malts makes this brew a complex but super drinkable ale. Enjoy after the catch and release of one of those majestic billfish we have all over our labels.

Pours a pale Amber with a tan head. Slight chocolate note in the aroma. Taste is malt forward with a roasted bite that lends a brief tartness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Growler filled up at the brewery. Hazy brown beer with a white head, Aromas of caramel. Tastes of sweet chocolate malts, caramel, some earthy/nutty flavors, and a bit of rye. Semi sweet finish with notes of biscuit. Extremely easy drinking and quite enjoyable.

On draft at Sailfish. Pours a hazy caramel copper color with a white head. Nose is some caramel, some sweet malt, some mild rye, and some nice spice. Flavor is similar with some sweet malt, some mild rye, some caramel, and some spice. Light to medium in body, drinkable as hell, sessionable, and a nice amber overall with a nice character.
