3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
355ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a medium, frothy head. Aroma is bready malt with some astringent orange and lemon. Taste has a little soapy lemon and bready malt. A bit boring.
Generic, slightly light but perfectly enjoyable example of the style...medium piney hops with a hint of citrus. Decent. Swaroga (2221) - Warszawa, POLAND - JAN 5, 2017
355ml bottle. Dirty orange with medium and lasting head. Aroma has citrus, sponge cake and it’s quite estery like a Belgian Pale : peach, banana, clove. Watery but soft and fluffy. The carbonation is decent and gives more refreshing quality. Flavour of this beer is surprisingly towards Belgian ales. It’s not superbe but close enough to be a good food pairer and refreshing. I’m sure it wasn’t meant to be like this. MayumiH (1214) - - SEP 10, 2016

Dark orange with a small white head. Apple, toffee, caramel, quite similar with the IPA. Flavor is quite the same with a moderate bitterness. mabuzzer (849) - Hamilton, SCOTLAND - JUN 24, 2016

Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Mid-gold, noticeable carbonation but no head. There isn’t much in the scent, a bit of resin, caramel and grain. Sweet taste with a bitter finish. More dull resinous caramel and orange in the aftertaste. Dull. hatzer (199) - Nuneaton, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2016
Fizzy carbonation malty gassy like something out of a sodastream not great really

Bread and grain malts, biscuit and caramel, lightly fruity. Clear, dark gold, medium, creamy, white head. Lightly fruity, grain malts continue, light bitters in the finish. Unremarkable APA, a bit malty as well. Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Bath. BeerNinjaUK (469) - Wiltshire, ENGLAND - APR 7, 2016
Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Pours bright orange with rapidly dissipating head. Aroma treacly, with heavy maltiness and some citrus but overbearing sweetness makes it rather cloying. AshtonMcCobb (6613) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 26, 2016
Bottle from ye big global retailer.
Appearance - bright orange like lucozade. Big fluffy head.
Nose - pine and toffee. A bit dirty and earthy.
Taste - citrus and toffee. Again a but dirty.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a dry earthy finish.
Overall - the nose gives hope but it slides off the cliff after that. Amazing how the massive retailers despite their wealth are unable to persuade very talented brewers to sell their soul and brew for them.
