A smooth and fruity beer, bursting with refreshing flavours of citrus fruits combined with rounded, malty notes. This crisp and citrussy beer is brewed using a single hop variety, Earlybird to give a light malty beer with fresh floral aromas.

Cereal, malty nose with a hint of pepper. Pours a perfect amber with a cream head. Flavour is bitter and malty but let down by a watery finish and a lack of any kind of distinction. A handful of hops would help.

Flaske 0,5l delt med Rune på rom 224, Premier Inn Blackfriars 1 Nov 12. Gyldenbrun. Tett, lavt skum som flater helt ut. God maltaroma. Smaken malt. Litt syrlighet i ettersmaken.

500ml bottle from a Sainsbury’s Local. Bright golden-brown body. Bubbly ring to the rim of the glass. Aroma of caramel malts and fruity hops. Caramel malty taste added by herbal hops followed by a bittersweet ending. Quite ordinary leaving a soft and clean impression (shared with Finn, hotel room, London 01.11.2012).

Wonderful peaty aroma, with some apricot. Color is orange./amber/golden. Nice mild bitterness on the tongue. Soft carbonation. Flavor makes up for somewhat watery feel in mouth.
