Cask - Volo Cask Days 2010, Day 2 (session 4a). 20 IBUs. Hazy pale gold with pretty much no head. Smells like paper and stale grass with some pear fruitiness - not loving that. Tastes like paper too, bitter, but not from hops - thick, flat, astringent (in a bad way), with a papery ugly aftertaste - closest to a drain-pour all festival. blankboy (7662) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 9, 2010
Cask at íVolo Cask Days 2010í . Pours a flat-looking clear orange with no head. Mild aroma of maple syrup (which is interesting), some fruit and grain. Flavour, which is quite watery, of caramel malt and maple syrup, somewhat sweet. Light bodied. Didnít much care for it. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 26, 2010
[3450-20101030] Cask. Sweet oatmeal and corn meal aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with quick off-white bubbles. Fresh oatmeal flavour has a lingering sweet meaty aftertaste. Medium body. A little thin and watery but quite drinkable.

On cask at Volo Cask Days 2010. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with small white cap. Mild aroma with some grains and a sort of herbal hopping. Taste similar with some sweetness. Body is rather thin. Different but nothing great. Radek Kliber (7320) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - NOV 5, 2010

Aroma honey , sweet frontal with light hop feel. Touch of Parkdale.
Appearance light haze on gold. Rocky top.
Flavor and Palate : light bodied, touch of diacetyl on top. Very low carbonation. Light easy going ale. Average at best.
2010-10-30. Hazy golden yellow, small frothy white head. 3+ Interesting aroma, sort of fruity, touch of something I canít place - butter or caramel corn character, but its not diacetyl. 6+ Flavour is a bit rough at first, touch of light astringency, grainy character. Average to light bodied palate. Interesting experiment with home malting techniques, but I found it a bit rough at times. Cask at Volo, Toronto
