(bottle) hazy amber, small white head; slight malty aroma; subdued balanced flavour; very plain imaragingbull (572) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - SEP 9, 2010
Bottle. Pours hazy copper orange with an OK off white head. Grainy, cereal and hay aromas, no distinguishable hop aroma. Body is light-medium with some hop flavour and bitterness, however the malt takes the lead with a complex (for a lager) structure of sweetness, bread, grain and some nutty notes on the palate. Finish is semi-dry with the sweetness and additional flavours of the malts leading right through with a touch of refreshing bitterness on the tip of the tongue. Nice malty lager for what it’s worth. Flavor:Light cereal, light citrus.... Savvy1982 (1706) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 15, 2010
Bottle. Pours gold/amber, thin but persistent off-white head, that reduces to a thin ring, lacing is spotty to nonexistent. Nose is toffee, crystal malt, fruit, really just those three, trying to find more here, but its just not there. Flavors of bread, noble hops, lemon, crystal malt/caramel, light fruit, rather sticky, slightly sour doughy finish. I’d have another one if you offered it to me.

On tap at Cest What. Pours a clear amber with minimal off white head. Aroma and taste are lightly malty, and sweet, not much hop. Pretty good, very drinkable. Spab (3834) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2010
341 ml bottle from Cool Brewery. Pours a slightly cloudy orange gold with small white head. Mild aroma with bread and light fruit. Flavour has bread, caramel and light fruitiness. Mild crispness in finish. Nothing spectacular but pleasant. AWS9 (703) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 21, 2009
Bottle. Some crispiness, mild biscuity malt backing and light hops. Certainly not a very interesting beer, but very drinkable. mannika (140) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 29, 2009
355mL bottle. Pours a clear amber with minimal head. Light aroma, slightly toasty. Flavour is tasty - bit of maltiness but with a lingering sweetness as well - kind of a roasted nuttiness. Palate is a bit strong on the carbonation. Overall pretty nice. wilderthanyou (758) - Guelph, CANADA - APR 16, 2009
Pours a amber orange with a thin shortly lived heads. The aroma is good, malty, some notes of bubble gum, burnt sugar, and maybe some orange peel? The flavour is decent, a light touch of hop upfront, the some straight forward malty, toffee sweetness, and then finishes with another touch of hops. A pretty straight forward, light, easy drinking beer. Nothing special, but tasty, goes good with spicy Chinese.
