COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything youd expect from a great American IPA: Hop-forward, yet civilized. Bitter but balanced. Cascade hops ring loud and clear with citrus/pine notes and are backed up by a chorus of our other favorites - Apollo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Crystal, and Simcoe.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2015 Slightly hazy yellow color with white head. Bright, fresh hops on the aroma. Not fruity but herbal, earthy and dank. Taste starts hoppy up-front with the same earthy, resiny flavors. Bitter but not harsh. Soft mouthfell with just the right amount of carbonation. This is a very fine example of an american west coast style IPA.

Can from Stone in Asagaya. Drank straight from the can. Ruby red grapefruit and pine aromas stand out. Taste is fairly bitter, but hides the alcohol very well. Fairly well-balanced standard IPA with a nice bitter finish. A bit boring, but nothing bad to say about it.

November 10th, 2013 - St. Archers Dry Hopped IPA smells slightly sweet, like honeyed peanuts, but more of a generous honey drizzle than a fresh harvest of peanuts. The palate is both thicker and sweeter than the aroma portended, and with a solid hop profile, or at least enough of one to stand up to the residual sugars. This is more traditionally and sweet like an IPA without the dry hopping, and not quite the bitter and herbaceous flavor I expected. But a drinkable IPA is always welcome.
