Sampled at the Tucson festival. Clear honey gold. White foam. A little caramel malts but more Pilsner. Mosaic oiliness and pine. Tropical fruit. A mice showcase for it.

drpimento (3797) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 8, 2017
Very good IPA. I pick up a little bit more of the Citrus in the aroma although resin dominates. In flavor, Citrus is lost and resin rules but it’s still very good as it has enough malt to stand up to it. Very well-balanced beer. Great body and finish. Super drinkable.

luttonm (6844) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 22, 2017
Chuck’s 85th, Seattle. Soft white cap. Lightest haze to mostly clear urine gold body. Thick hop juice, with plenty of mosaic forward flavors of pine resin and onion. Thick, moderately sweet, rich and bitter. A little fizzy character in body. Highly flavored and tasty. Pretty well constructed heavy DIPA. Nice.

On tap, pours an ever so slight hazy yellow with a thin off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is primarily sweet fruit, light catpiss. Tastes fairly crisp and light for a DIPA. Flavor is dominantly tropical fruit. Quite delicious! Bitterness is reasonably mild initially but turns into a good medium on the back end. The aftertaste is fairly citrus.
