A: Pours a cloudy light amber color with a white head.
S: Lots of coriander and banana to the nose with a decent breadiness. Lots of yeast and esters along with a bit of orange and lemon zest.
T: Taste is very zesty and peppery. The malt is pale and crackery and there’s some orange peel, coriander, and tons of yeast eters.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: Pretty light and easy to drink in terms of mouthfeel, but there are definitely some assertive flavors from the different yeast. djd07 (16289) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 9, 2010
On cask at Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy orange with a small frothy white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is yeast and fruit with clove. Medium mouthfeel with clove banana and much more drier than the regular amber in the finish. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 23, 2010

(draft at meddlesome moth) clear pale yellow, lasting crete tan head. Nose of white pepper, apple and Belgian spicy yeast. Taste of earth, dirty water, funky, apple. Creamy body but earthy linger. Easy to drink but an odd aftertaste.

Cask at G man FW. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a soft creamy head. Aroma is banana, grain, bread and sweet malt. Almost sugary sweet nose. Flavor is dry fruit, plum, slight hops with bitter citrus. Finishes sweetbread with a lingering dryness. A good take on the amber. dnstone (3625) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - APR 2, 2011
UPDATED: JUL 28, 2011 Fresh-cut grass aroma. Defnitely golden in color? A light blonde; malty flavor with interesting fruit notes (from the yeast?). Nothing special really. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - DEC 1, 2010
Tap at brewery.
Pours a lively glass yellow with a nice, white head and intricate lacing. Aroma is pruny cheddar funk, banana bread, rotten peach, and lemony melon. Flavor is bready malt, over-ripe banana, honey, and light pepper. Average mouthfeel. Not bad, but could be more assertive.
