Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruit, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2008

Beautiful light amber color. Some caramel aroma. The taste is quite simple, based on some cereals and caramel, as the aftertaste. Drinkable but without thrills.
Amber-orange colour and no real head. Slightly ruity, maybe with a hint of ginger. Light fruits and caramels. Light body, with some caramel and gentle orangey, gingery, spicy accent. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 5, 2008
Bottle, shared by papsoe. A clear, orange-golden pour leaves almost no head at all. Some beige bubbles. Sugary and malty nose with some hoppy fruityness. The flavor is quite sugary and malty too, with a pleasant bitterness and a touch of pinecones. Full-bodied, with a caramel-sweet finish. A nice beer, without being outstanding. Bottle. Pours clear amber. White head. Nose and taste of candi sugar, sweet caramel and light spices. Creamy mouth feel. Medium body. brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - JUN 10, 2010
A: The pour is a deep amber color with a tan head.
S: Quite bready and mildly spiced in the nose. A bit of brown sugar and caramel as well. Actually fairly reminiscent of "the holidays".
T: The flavors really follow the nose on this one, but there seem to be some signs of oxidation. A bit of cardboard along with the same bread, caramel, and light spice flavors.
M: Light to medium body with a low, rolling carbonation.
D: Not nearly as bad I was anticipating, to be honest. A nice little winter warmer in the beginning of Southern California summer.
