COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The color is deep amber with a light, creamy head. The nose starts off with a touch of citrus but then turns decidedly into peaches. The taste starts off with creamy malt resulting from the pale 2 row and caramel malts and Saint Arnold yeast. The hop bitter starts low then builds to a crescendo, but always maintains a balance even in its big finish. The hop flavor continues to be peaches, an interesting manifestation of the Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops. This is the first Divine Reserve that we have filtered. This decision was made to make the hop flavors brighter, plus it would have been a bottling nightmare with all the hop bits in it. This beer is best enjoyed at 45° or even a little warmer. Though the recipe and style indicate this beer to be enjoyed fresh, we expect this beer to develop interestingly over the years.

Bottle 650ml as "Saint Arnold Endeavour" @ home

Pours slightly hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, citrus, grass and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, citrus, orange and caramel finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Got this under the name "Endeavour Double IPA" in a 4 pack of CANS. From personal notes taken when I tried Devine Reserve #11 this one is not exactly the same and the CAN shows 9%ABV vs 8.9, and yes I know that is so small a difference but still makes me not so sure that this is the same recipe as DR#11 but RateBeer has it down that way. So for Endeavor from a CAN, Amber brew with small fast dying head with a pepper, resin, mildly floral smell. Taste is spicy, little pine, lots of malt backing to keep all these hops from being too overpowering. Really decent brew and very enjoyable. Due to having to get it in the CAN and being a bit pricey it will unfortunately be a one time purchase.

Can (12oz) Somewhat cloudy orange with big off white head. Medium plus body, medium carbonation. Taste is a little pineapple, but more pine bitterness that grows.

Bottle. Large creamy off white head. Thick cloudy dark amber color. Aroma of peach, flower, pine, grapefruit, caramel, grain, ryebread. Full body with a thick texture. Heavy bitter with good counter sweetness, quite balanced for this style. Lingering bitter and thick sweet finish.

12oz can as Endeavour from bananabi11, thanks! Orangey amber pour with an off white head leaving little lacing. Aroma has sweet fruits, big citrus and some sweet malts. Taste leads with bitter fruits, some pine, some sweet fruits, some biscuity malt. The blend is solid. The body is medium. There is some alcohol presence. Finishes more bitter than bittersweet. Shrug? This is bitterly interesting, but is missing underneath depth. 13.4

Pours golden amber with a creamy colored head. Aromas are not easily perceived, but first taste is bold and a mouthful; not an aggressive hoppy beer, but undoubtedly a great IPA.
